Walls and accessories are shipped either in a box or on a skid depending on order amount and destination. Due to the dimensions of the product we are restricted to shipping via LTL (Less than truckload) freight. Sample sets are shipped via courier.

Lead times between Froggwall and Acrylic Surrounds vary. As a manufacturer each order is different than another so lead times will depend on your order and what the quantity consists of. If you should need something shipped in an emergency situation we will do our best to satisfy your needs.

Yes, if there is not a licensed dealer in your area homeowners & DIYer’s can call us direct to order a wall surround. For more information on licensed dealers in your area you are more than welcome to contact us via phone or e-mail, so we can assist you in finding the nearest dealer if possible. If a licensed dealer/installer has been trained in installing this product according to National Acrylics standards and if a dealer/installer installs the product, they can offer a lifetime warranty; whereas, if an untrained homeowner installs the product themselves a one year warranty will be extended to them.

Yes, the main difference being that National Acrylics has a sister company in the renovating industry. National Acrylics products are used on a daily basis in multiple types of installations, therefore, we are able to offer assistance in the instance an issue arises on your job. No matter how small or complicated, we are are happy and adamant in helping  until your concerns/issues have been resolved.
